Mr. B.R. Gupta is spearheading JBC Plywood Private Ltd. He has been diligently working hard over the decades and has turned up the family business into a successful brand today. The family business was joined by him at a very young age. Since then, he has never looked back and is continuously moving ahead. Under his leadership, JBC is also blooming. His struggle is unforgettable and we respect that and will always keep it preserved in the history pages of JBC. Moving back in the times showcases a young boy (Mr. Gupta) learning all the skills and knowledge from his father (Late Shri Bhagwan Das Garg) and helping him in his business. Initially, he faced numerous difficulties but he stood strong surviving all odds such as going to the forest for wood collection; facing various dangers like wild animals encounters and harsh weather conditions. He handled all the difficulties with a smile on his face, focusing only on the growth of the business. With his resilience and patience, we have come so far and are sure we will achieve our goal of becoming a leading merchant of plywood in the country.
Mr. Chirag Gupta the elder son of Mr. B.R Gupta is Director and CEO at JBC Plywood Private Limited. Likewise to his father, he also joined the family business contributing to its perennial growth. He has done MBA. He harnesses his educational knowledge and skills to reap the benefits of the business. Marketing, operations, and HR departments at JBC are led by him. He is scheduled with a myriad of tasks such as new product development, customer relationship management, quality assurance, and compliance with rules and regulations. His focus area is business expansion globally. Mr. Gupta constantly brings new ideas and innovations that contribute to the success of JBC. He nurtures the business like a child. He is a good leader who knows how to handle everything professionally. His commitment and dedication to the business are applaudable. Whenever a business needs him, he is always there for it.
Mr. Jatin Gupta, the second son of Mr.
B.R. Gupta is our Director and CFO (Chief Finance Officer). Continuing the family tradition, he also
joined the family business.
Currently, he heads the finance department of JBC Plywood. His mark in the
business has infused a new zeal and enthusiasm in it. He formalized and brought a great degree of
professionalism to all the business verticals.
Apart from finance, he takes care of clients
acquisition. Having the same interest as his brother and the company’s vision; he always focuses on
the growth of the company.
He strives to expand the horizons of business through expansion globally.
He ensures that everything at JBC is perfect. He is an asset to JBC.
